Justice John Paul Stevens, in one of the many stinging dissents with the divisive 5-4 ruling of the United States Supreme Court tonight. I could have understood and accepted the Court saying that any recount would be unconstitutional, but to have said that there simply isn't any more time to conduct a proper recount, when the U.S. Supreme Court itself stopped the counting several days ago, is simply outrageous, disgusting, and smacks of ugly partisanship. Unbelievable!
