Hey, check this out! There's actually a website debunking the email hoax I referred to earlier today. And check out this article from last year talking about how it is affecting REAL legislative work in Congress: "The reality is that more people are communicating with us on this than on any other subject -- more than abortion, more than Elian, more than gas prices..." How truly sad that it plays on people's fears of the government, preys on their civic-mindedness, and destroys real legislative time and efforts in Congress.
