i'm on the island of koh chang. took the 5 hour bus ride, 1 hour ferry ride, and a short taxi ride in the back of a truck down to my island bungalow at paradise palms. will write and post more soon, but not into the internet right now. (although everywhere i go on this island are 'internet hi-speed' signs). here are a few pics of where i am now. very secluded bungalow and beach down a long road (shown below) from the main parts of the island's tourist and business districts. love it.



and just so you know, i'm not totally isolated from civilization, as this is the main road where there's a hospital, restaurants, cafes (including the one i'm in now for the internet), and even an irish pub.
